Bank Transfer (T/T)
For large orders, we accept bank transfers. This is the most common payment method for wholesale and bulk orders. A 30% deposit is required upfront to begin production, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. -

For smaller orders or sample orders, we accept PayPal payments. PayPal is a fast, secure, and easy way to pay for your custom candles online. Simply use your PayPal account or credit card to complete the transaction. Please note that PayPal payments include a small processing fee. -
Credit Card
We also accept payments through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). This option is available for both domestic and international orders. Payments via credit card are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe, and you’ll receive an immediate confirmation once the transaction is completed. -
Wire Transfer (International Payments)

Step 4: Payment Confirmation and Production Start
Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. At this point, production will begin. For custom orders, we will proceed with the manufacturing process, ensuring that your candles are crafted according to your specifications. The production timeline will start from the payment confirmation date.
Step 5: Final Payment
For large or bulk orders, we typically require a 30% deposit upfront before production begins, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. The remaining payment can be made via the same method as the deposit (e.g., wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card).
For orders that are paid in full upfront, we will begin production immediately and provide regular updates regarding the status of your order.
